Only what you give us through the contact and request-for-proposal forms, email or WhatsApp: your name, company, job title, phone number, email address, project details and any files you attach.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and communicate about your project. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Enquiries reach us by email and are kept in our business email and document systems, with access limited to the staff who handle your enquiry. Where a service provider stores data outside the Kingdom, we transfer it only as permitted by the PDPL and its Implementing Regulations, with appropriate safeguards in place.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a proposal. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records linked to a contract are kept for the period required by Saudi law.
